Megyn Kelly’s Assessment of Donald Trump’s Super Tuesday Victory Speech: ‘There Were a Few Jabs, But…’

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has certainly had some very public issues with Fox News host Megyn Kelly, but that didn’t stop Kelly from offering up a seemingly positive assessment of the businessman’s Super Tuesday victory speech.

Kelly said that Trump — who soared to victory in Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Vermont and Virginia — was “striking a reasonable tone” and that “he wasn’t full of the normal bombast” during an address following his wins on Tuesday evening.

“There were a few jabs, but sounding presidential, which will sort help some of his detractors see him in a different light, perhaps,” Kelly said.

The Fox News host’s comments came after her co-host Bret Baier said that Trump’s news conference “kinda looked presidential.”
