The Orioles-Royals game got ugly in Baltimore tonight after Kansas City pitcher Yordano Ventura threw a fastball at Baltimore's Manny Machado.
Machado charged the mound and threw a punch right back.
Both teams' benches cleared to join the brawl on the pitcher's mound. Machado was ejected from the game.
Ventura and Machado had been arguing on the field after Machado flew out in the second inning, Deadspin reported.
The pitch aimed at Machado was Ventura's hardest throw all night.
