San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick told the press this week he’s not done making a political statement.
"I’m going to continue to sit,” he said. “I’m going to continue to stand with the people that are being oppressed. To me, this is something that has to change.”
But Tomi Lahren wasn’t impressed. For the second day in a row, she broke the pocket and scrambled in Kaepernick’s backfield looking for nothing less than a sack.
“In an effort to out race-bait Beyoncè and Jesse Williams, Colin Kaepernick says he’ll continue to stay seated during the National Anthem,” Lahren said matter-of-factly.
Earlier, Kaepernick declared he’ll continue to protest the anthem until he sees a "significant change" in the country.
“What is the significant change he hopes to see, I wonder,” Lahren questioned.
She listed some of her hopeful answers to that question:
— Economic opportunities for black people, not seen under Obama’s failed America?
— A decrease in black-on-black crime?
— More two-parent households where fathers like his choose to stick around and raise their children?
“He should be talking about all of those things, but instead he chooses to parade around in a Fidel Castro shirt and anti-police socks like a damn fool,” Lahren said. “I guess that’s what one does when their football career is tumbling and they want to be relevant again: Soak up a little spotlight. Either way, how disgusting.”
She didn’t stop there. Watch it all here:
