Watch: Little girl has priceless reaction when she shoots her first deer

Seven year old Lilly Klapper and her father Cody Klapper of Texas were hunting deer from their blind, with little Lilly manning the rifle. Soon a deer walked into view, and after some careful aiming, Lilly pulled the trigger and brought down her very first deer.

Her expression upon learning that she hit the deer was nothing short of adorable, as her jaw dropped and a wide smile spread across her face. Her father was equally excited. Cody Klapper got it all on camera, and soon uploaded it to Facebook. The video soon went viral, and as of today has 2.7 million views.

Fox 4 in Dallas interviewed the father, who said that Lilly had been practicing shooting a gun since the age of five.

“We have a passion for the outdoors, and it was primarily intended to be for family and friends,” Klapper said. “But now that it has had 1.4 million views, I hope that it inspires other parents to get their children into the outdoors.”

Some may consider this video offensive due to the fact that a trained child is using a rifle under the supervision of a seasoned hunter, and Klapper understood this, posting a polite message along with his video.

"I respect and understand that this video may not be for everyone, if you think that you might be offended by this video that has my daughter shooting a deer with a modern hunting rifle please keep scrolling," he wrote.

UPDATE: It would appear the video has been removed from Facebook, however Fox 4 has a video of their own.
