Female tattoo artist identified as woman paraded around Gaza by Hamas: Report

A woman who was reportedly paraded around naked through the streets of Gaza by Hamas terrorists on Saturday has been identified as a tattoo artist.

The woman's name is apparently Shani Louk, 23, who was among hundreds of victims during a crossfire as militants broke through and raided an outdoor dance party that was taking place around Kibbutz Urim, close to the border with Gaza, according to the Telegraph.

During the dispute, there were reportedly 300 Israelis killed, with 100 kidnapped and 2,000 injured during the assault by Hamas. After footage of the raid spread across social media, family members quickly recognized Louk as one of the victims.

The body of Louk appeared to be in the back of a truck in the videos and photos that appeared on social media, with members of Hamas sitting on it.

The report noted that there were crowds of people surrounding the armed men in combat attire, shouting "Allah Akbar" from the back of the vehicle. There were also some who reportedly spat on the woman's body before the truck sped away.

Louk's cousin, Tom Weintraub, confirmed to media that his cousin went missing after the militants invaded the area. "We knew she was in the party. She didn't answer," Tom said.

It has been more than a full day since the attack was carried out, and Louk's family still does not know the whereabouts of Louk's body.

CNN reported that Louk was apparently a German-Israeli dual citizen.

“This morning my daughter, Shani Nicole Louk, a German citizen, was kidnapped with a group of tourists in southern Israel by Palestinian Hamas,” Shani's mother said in a video provided to Bild, per CNN.

“We were sent a video in which I could clearly see our daughter unconscious in the car with the Palestinians and them driving around the Gaza Strip. I ask you to send us any help or any news. Thank you very much.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to retaliate against Hamas, claiming that Israel will take "mighty vengeance for this wicked day." At the time of this report, Israel has already launched a series of strikes, killing more than 230 people in the Gaza Strip, per Telegraph.

Netanyahu announced on Saturday that Israel was actively at war, with more than 40 Israelis killed and more than 560 injured in the initial attacks.
