Editor's note: The piece that was originally contained here rested on the erroneous assertion that Universal Studios was not involved in the production or release of the movie "Tropic Thunder." Although Paramount was the principal United States production company for the movie, Universal was involved in the international distribution of the film and part of the film was filmed at Universal Studios.
