Wow, Liz Cheney absolutely torches Ilhan Omar after attempted burn
May 11, 2019
Apparently Dick Cheney kept the nuke codes and passed them to his daughter because this response is measured in megatons.
When freshman Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar commented on the "protesters" in Gaza last week, among the many responses blasting her was one from Liz Cheney, Republican congresswoman from Wyoming and daughter to the former VP of the same last name delivered probably the most serious blow.
Omar, in that instance, tweeted philosophically, and false, "How many more protesters must be shot" before the violence and "occupation" ends. Cheney responded with her own query: "Real question is how many times will @IlhanMN rush to the defense of terrorists?
Omar's staff and supporters have been all over Cheney since, and on Thursday retweeted a video from the Hill with Cheney commenting on the Judiciary Committee after the Barr vote, and said the Wyoming Rep.'s response was "an impressive lie even for the Cheney family."
That was a Twitter-level burn effort. Cheney, on the other hand, delivered an absolute Mortal Kombat "finishing move"-level response.
Cheney said on Friday that it was 'no surprise" that Rep. Omar doesn't "recognize the truth" when she hears it. And she decribed Omar as "an anti-Semitic Socialist who slanders US troops and carries water for Hamas and Maduro."
Yeah, ouch.
It seems Liz Cheney is not messing around.
