The Amazon Echo has a special personal assistant in this parody ad: “Alexa Jones,” complete with rants about gay tap water and human-animal hybrids.
The parody spot pulls in real audio from Infowars founder Alex Jones to juxtapose the conspiracy theorist’s recognizably angry voice with innocuous commands like “Alexa, set a timer.”
You may not get much information from Alexa Jones. Questions like “Alexa, how high is Mount Everest?” will get you one of Jones’ rants about the government making people gay: “Look it up for yourself. … What do you think tap water is? It’s a gay bomb, baby.”
The “Pat & Stu” guys listened to the ad this week.
“Tap water is a gay bomb?” Pat Gray asked. “That’s one I didn’t know.”
“Well, you knew the water was ‘turning the freaking frogs gay,’” Stu Burguiere returned with another infamous Jones quote.
Jeffy Fisher added that we also “knew” thanks to Jones that the water is turning shrimp suicidal.
To see more from Pat and Stu, visit their channel on TheBlaze and watch "Pat & Stu" live weekdays noon–2 p.m. ET or anytime on demand at TheBlaze TV.
