Election system riddled with fraud and incompetence

Buck Sexton is joined by columnist John Fund to discuss illegal voting. Their discussion begins with a tweet Donald Trump sent out about people voting illegally which John says is partly true. He believes Trump was premature in his deductions with the situation because we don't know how much "fraud and incompetence there is in our election system."

Buck mentions the margins with which Hillary Clinton lost Michigan possibly due to sloppy vote tallying. John explains how he thinks it was a political ploy on behalf of Jill Stein to demand a recount three weeks after the election was decided.

"One half of Detroit Michigan's precincts can't be recounted because there was so much sloppiness involved in casting the votes," John states. "I'm not saying it's fraud but I'm saying it's a lot of incompetence there and it's been going on there for 20 to 30 years."
