Erosion of Congress' authority has lead to rampant regulation

Glenn Beck cautions that the ongoing consolidation of power in the executive branch has undermined the authority of Congress and circumvented the Constitution. Glenn cites the specific example of sweeping regulations passed by executive departments without Congressional oversight, and he urges his listeners to support the REINS Act, which would require Congressional approval of any rule that would impose compliance costs of more than $100 million a year.
