Female game developer fired for calling women 'pretty' in tweet promoting gaming conference

Apparently, the word "pretty" is a major trigger word for progressives. During the Game Industry Conference in Poland, social media manager, Eve Poznan -- who is also a game developer herself -- was fired for a tweet asking attendees to join the conference and "meet the pretty side of #gamedev."

Progressives, who were instantly triggered (when aren't they?), stirred up outrage on Twitter following the tweet, as usual, and the young woman was fired. "It is insulting to reduce part of a woman’s professional worth to their looks… Not cool," said one tweet.

The organizer, Jakub Marszałkowski‏, was quick to appease the liberal masses and apologized immediately and shared the organization's "zero-tolerance" policy. Here's what it said:

“As the head of the Game Industry Conference (GIC) I am humbly asking you to accept my deepest apologies for what we all agree was unacceptable, disrespectful and sexist tweet and replies by our Twitter trainee. Her opinions are her own and are not representative of GIV or those of female developers, who attended the conference.”

Can you believe this?
