Listen: New Jersey governor plans new program aimed to protect illegal immigrants
January 23, 2018
New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy is planning to use his momentum following the deeply disliked Christie administration to establish some far-left policies, including a program designed to help both legal and illegal immigrants.
“It would be a place where everybody could call with questions about their status,” Murphy told the Washington Post.
Doc and Kal talked about Murphy's proposed Office of Immigrant Defensive Protection on today's show, analyzing how words and their meanings have evolved in the immigration debate.
“Liberals are the masters of redefining words,” Doc said. “These people are illegally in the country … yet we now call them ‘undocumented.’”
