Listen: Pat suggests a three-day waiting period before you can buy this

You've probably heard the old saying that goes something like this: "Guns kill people just like forks make you fat."

A caller on today's "Pat Unleashed" who identified himself as "Jake in Kentucky," elaborated on the expression by explaining that his wife, a registered dietitian, has not yet suggested a ban on forks as a way to help reduce the household's caloric intake.

"You could have a three-day waiting period before you can buy a fork," joked Pat Gray.

"Jeffy would have to blame a fork, a spoon, chopsticks, his paws, and a snow shovel," added Producer Keith, reading a tweet from G.D. Chapel about our big friend and show cohort, Jeffy Fisher.
