Are Democrats now claiming that the normal process of passing a bill is somehow secretive?

Senate democrats began initiating a set of parliamentary moves aimed at drawing attention to what they call the GOP’s “secret negotiations” on the Obamacare repeal measure. Democratic strategist Mychal Wilson joined guest host Lawrence Jones on "Dana" today to explain why.

He pointed out that President Donald Trump keeps tweeting about a bill he hasn't seen a draft of yet.

"That's common, though," Lawrence countered, who then explained the process of passing a bill.
