A North Carolina software engineer has turned April's Senate Joint Resolution 34 on it’s head. Matt Feld’s new plug-in will keep track of what federal government employees and elected officials are looking at online.

The resolution passed with President Donald Trump’s sign off, allowing internet service providers like Verizon or Comcast to collect and sell customers’ internet usage information.

Feld will now use that ability to track computers used by these federal employees, and post their activity to his website for the public to see.
