Glenn Beck: Why Trump's SCOTUS pick won't mean the end of abortion in America
July 10, 2018
President Donald Trump's upcoming nomination of a new U.S. Supreme Court justice has everyone talking about the possibility of Roe v. Wade being overturned. Conservatives are celebrating, while liberals are in a panic. But will the fate of Roe v. Wade really be sealed the moment President Trump nominates the replacement for Justice Kennedy? And if Roe v. Wade is overturned, will that mean the end of legal abortions in our country? The liberal media would have you believing as much, but the reality is a little different.
"The Left is obsessed with this one issue," said Glenn Beck on today's show. "There's been no pause to consider that it's not going to be easy to overturn the 45-year-old ruling. Congressional Democrats are not pointing out the fact that even if Roe vs. Wade was overturned, it would not automatically ban abortions across the country, although that's the way they're framing it."
Glenn is joined by Abby Johnsen, author of "The Walls are Talking" and CEO of And Then There Were None, a ministry to help abortion clinic workers leave the industry, to discuss the real future of Roe v. Wade.
