Obama still WRONG on Syria: Dozens were murdered in the latest chemical attack.

What happened?

At least 56 people reportedly died in Syria after a chemical attack on Saturday, with rescue workers finding dozens of people who had choked to death in their homes.

Human rights advocates are blaming Syrian President Bashar al-Assad for the attack, but the Syrian government and state news media are denying his role in the chemical attack on the Douma suburb, which is held by rebel forces.

I’m remembering something about a “red line.”

So is President Donald Trump. He tweeted a slam at former President Barack Obama, who once called chemical weapons in Syria a “red line” and then failed to use military action when the Syrian government murdered 1,400 of its own people.

“If President Obama had crossed his stated Red Line In The Sand, the Syrian disaster would have ended long ago!” Trump tweeted. “Animal Assad would have been history!”

What else should I know?

Instead of taking military action, Obama worked with Russia to create an agreement that purportedly pressured Syria into giving up its chemical weapons program. But clearly, Syria still has a stockpile of chemical weapons and the capability to use them to kill people.

On today’s show, Doc revisited a Washington Free Beacon montage showing liberals using the talking point that Obama got chemical weapons out of Syria.
