Panel: Trump's first 100 days are a mixed bag

On Monday's "Glenn," the Think Tank panel provided a spirited analysis of President Donald Trump's first 100 days in office.

Audrea Taylor of im2morro gave Trump a B and Congress an F. She laid the failure to repeal the Affordable Health Care Act and funding of Planed Parenthood with them, viewing Trump as a bold leader.

Glenn gave the president a D. He did not "fail" Trump because he managed to appoint Justice Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. He also believes he handled Assad's assault on his own people in Syria correctly. He thought Trump should lead the Republicans in upholding conservative principles, so he downgraded him for that.

Taylor believed the responsibility to lead the Republicans belongs to House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis), and Doc Thompson saw Trump as the deal maker who hasn't done much of that domestically.

Glenn recalled asking Trump supporters early on if there was anything Trump could do that would make them feel that he'd violated his promises. They all pointed to the promised border wall with Mexico. With the new budget having no money for the border he wondered how those people feel now.
