Huzefa Kapadia, founder of Scalar Learning, encouraged educators to develop hands-on curriculum with an online component so students are trained to learn for themselves.

- Connecting with schools to get his courses off the ground
- Helping students learn in ways that fit their learning styles
- Adapting education for students who struggle
