Just the facts on the Dakota Access Pipeline

Dana Loesch gives us the 'facts for dummies' on the Dakota Access Pipeline. The pipeline's placement is nowhere near sacred burial sites, the water supply or even their property. Dana states that the Washington Post clarifies, "It's correct the Dakota Access Pipeline would not be built on reservation land" and it follows the northern border pipeline which was built over 30 years ago. She goes on to show the back and forth between the tribes in the surrounding area and the government over the construction of the pipeline.

"It's nowhere near their land and secondly it's being built legit over an existing pipeline," Dana reports. "Number two, there is no impact to the environment as deduced by over 400 consultations and a litany of environmental bureaucratic agencies."
