During debate over the DREAM Act Wednesday, Rep. Jared Polis, D-Colo., blames a "broken" immigration system for allowing illegal immigrants to live in the United States, calling them "de facto citizens."
Ignore that whole "illegal" tidbit. They have "pluck."
