An El Paso, Texas pawn shop has the digit on display in their front window and is offering it for sale at the bargain price of $9000.00 (or 188,560 Mexican Pesos). Imagine what they could charge for the whole hand!  That price is marked down $500 from last April when the story first appeared in the Wall Street Journal.
