Rachel Maddow finally gets it right (sort of)

"Wisconsin, you WON!" MSNBC host Rachel Maddow proclaimed Tuesday night following news that Gov. Scott Walker was offering collective bargaining concessions to unions which Maddow herself says have "no fiscal impact... it's not about the budget."

On Wednesday, Wisconsin GOP Senators pushed through strict limitations on collective bargaining in a non-fiscal legislative sleight of hand -- without the Democrats, without the unions, without progressives' support and without Rachel Maddow's endorsement.

Congratulations, Wisconsin!  You have indeed won and Maddow called it... just one day too soon.
