Beck Asks: Does Howard Dean Suffer From Dementia?

Howard Dean, speaking recently at Carnegie Mellon University, had some choice words about Fox News and the Tea Party. You can watch the Blaze-exclusive video of the speech here--and a snippet appears below:

Since some of Dean's remarks butt up against reality, Glenn Beck is wondering if Dean's comments were inspired by some sort of dementia.
