After all of the horror stories about what ends up happening to people who have gone missing, it is nice to see some good news for a change.
Pamela Salant and her boyfriend went hiking in an Oregon forest when the two parted ways to scout out a campsite. Salent, however, was not seen again for three days.
Fox News Insider reports that Salant was rescued from the bottom of a ravine, where she had been living off beetles and berries. She reportedly escaped with a broken leg and back.
Video cameras captured the moment Salant’s mother, Jane, learned her daughter was alive. Jane Salant then joined America Live to tell us how Pamela is doing now:
