"when they’ve had enough, aren’t going to take it anymore"
On Keith Olbermann's Current TV show Thursday night, Michael Moore delivered a possibly prophetic warning about what could happen if the "Days of Rage" protesters on Wall Street don't see changes: there could be violence.
While discussing the protests, Moore called on people from all across the country to undertake demonstrations in their local areas, even encouraging "civil disobedience" if necessary. But that was just the beginning.
“The smart rich know they can only build the gate so high," Moore said after referencing Michael Bloomberg's allusion to riots and unrest last week. "And sooner or later history proves that people, when they’ve had enough, aren’t going to take it anymore. And much better to deal with it nonviolently now, through the political system, than what could possibly happen in the future, which nobody wants to see.”
