At 78, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is alive and kickin'. She said she had an annual checkup recently and is in topnotch condition, according to USA Today.
Anyone wondering (or hoping) if she's about to leave her spot on the bench at the Supreme Court can dream on. "I'm going to stay as long as I can do the job," she said back in June. "I probably will at least equal [Justice Louis Brandeis]. But you have to take it year by year." Brandeis did the job until he was 82.
