President Barack Obama and several others had a spot of difficulty getting through a door at the East Asia Summit in Bali Friday.
The incident recalls the infamous 2005 gaffe made by then-President George W. Bush when he tried to use the wrong door to leave a press conference in China.
According to a press pool report, Obama and others with him had trouble opening a door to enter the official signing of an aircraft agreement between Boeing and Indonesia's Lion Air:
"On way into room, Potus and others at announcement pulled the doors to come in and they wouldn't open. A Secret Service agent in the room jumped up and opened them for them. Delay was less than a minute. "How embarrassing!" Potus said after the door was opened and they were walking in."
As Business Insider points out, because Obama was outside the room when the gaffe took place, there is no video of the incident. For comparison, here is how the Bush incident went down.
