Steve Grubbs, who Politico says is "heading up Herman Cain's caucus effort" in Iowa, sent out his reaction on Twitter to the allegations by Georgia woman Ginger White that Cain had a 13-year extramarital affair with her. "Stalking, defaming, libeler accuses Cain," he tweeted.
Earlier this month, I wrote how difficult it would be for Cain's campaign to sue Politico for breaking the original story that formal complaints of sexual harrassment had been filed against him during his tenure as chairman of the National Restaurant Association. People working for him might reconsider using legal terms like "defaming" and "libeler" from now on. Just a thought.
