Heavy penalties are expected to be imposed by the NCAA to college basketball student-athletes from the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University, who were involved in a bloody brawl that canceled the final 9.4 seconds of the college basketball game featuring cross-town rivals. ESPN reports:
According to ESPN, officials from the Atlantic 10 and the Big East will review Saturday's Cincinnati-Xavier fight and have the jurisdiction to hand out more penalties and could do so by Monday.
