"I wish I had that particular line back."
On the Laura Ingraham show today, Rick Santorum backpedaled on his previous comments claiming that John F. Kennedy's famous speech on separation of church and state made him almost "want to throw up."
In response to a question from Ingraham pointing out that Kennedy is a revered figure, and that it's generally not seen as Presidential to talk about throwing up at all, Santorum laughed and said, "I would agree with that, and you know, I wish I had that particular line back."
