After the voters of North Carolina voiced their opinions by passing a constitutional amendment that defines marriage between one man and one woman, supporters of gay marriage voiced their own -- in some not-so-nice ways.

Michelle Malkin's Twitchy site collected some of the vitriol. Here's one of the "nicer" comments:

"Apparently the massive majority of people in North Carolina who voted to define marriage as between a man and a woman are hateful bigots," Twitchy notes. "That’s why the righteous tolerant liberals had to remind them all via Twitter that they’re backward rednecks with a stupid religion who should kill themselves!"
