Romney donor asks for a refund

Mitt Romney's campaign says goodbye to a supporter and substantial donor...

Via CNN:

"I feel that I no longer wish to support your presidential campaign and ask that you please return the maximum contribution that I gave to you last year," Bill White wrote in a letter addressed to the former Massachusetts governor and obtained by CNN.

"You have chosen to be on the wrong side of history and I do not support your run for president any longer," White added.

White is openly gay and the CEO of a consulting firm in New York. He recently donated $2,500 to Romney's campaign but wants it back after Romney reaffirmed his support of traditional marriage.

In other news, the guy who produced the criticial "King of Bain" video aimed at Romney by the Newt Gingrich campaign heading into the South Carolina Republican primary-- he's now a Romney supporter.
