After losing the Green Party presidential nomination last month, Roseanne Barr is still going at it.
At a convention in Los Angeles over the weekend, the comedienne won the Peace and Freedom Party's nomination.
Supporters say they hope Barr and vice-presidential pick Cindy Sheehan, an anti-war activist, will attract new members to the party, which could lose its state-recognized status in California as a result of the top-two primary system.
Essentially, the nomination has somehow managed to put Barr one step further in the opposite direction of the White House.
