Interviewing Fox News' Bill O'Reilly for NBC, legendary newsman Ted Koppel proposed an interesting hypothetical: What would O'Reilly do if given the chance to anchor a network nightly newscast?
"Money is not going to be a problem. What do you do?" Koppel said. "I don't do it," O'Reilly replied. "It's too boring. It would not be nearly as much fun as teeing the world off every night here. And having all the reaction and being able to do things I could never do in a hard news broadcast."
