A national Tea Party group is hoping to use the so-called "Obama phone lady" and her message of government dependence to make voters consider an important question: Are free phones & welfare a modern form of slavery?
Specifically, the Tea Party Victory Fund is targeting African American voters. The group, headed by former Cincinnati mayor Ken Blackwell, asks: "Have Barack Obama's policies empowered or enslaved Americans?"
