This likely scenario in addition to growing complaints about early voting accessibility in Florida and a controversial order by the Ohio Secretary of State regarding provisional ballots, forecasts likely legal battles beginning tomorrow that could last weeks and delay when America finds out whether or not Obama will get a second term.
