This Is the Most Bizarre Local News Interview You May See in Your Lifetime

In one of the strangest local news interviews of all time, a Portland woman provided way more information than she needed to. Yet, we still don't have any idea what she is talking about in the now viral video other than some building getting damaged.

"Well, the police wouldn't let me go through 122nd so I had to go around 119th and they let me look at the lawyer's building -- I know the vacuum cleaner man. He's seen my tits," she says. "I know that's not going on TV but it's true, it's true. I'm not here to lie to you."

Then, after moving on from that bizarre response, she later asks the news crew if they too would like to see her "tits." Yes, seriously.

In separate news, the woman has not been "allowed" to drive for three years due to unknown reasons.
