UPDATE:

Now the "dad" is saying he isn't, in fact, the girl's father. You can read about that on TheBlaze here.

Using a half-naked woman in an ad to grab people's attention is not a new sales tactic. But a father took it to another level when he enlisted his barely dressed 20-year-old daughter to pose provocatively with his 1977 Datsun so he could sell it on eBay.

Kim Ridley, of Oregon, posted more than 12 images of his daughter on eBay, The Daily Mail reports. She is bending over on the car in many of the images and there is even a close-up shot of her from behind in black panties, the car visible between her legs (We chose not to include the more racy pictures). She began the photo shoot in jeans and eventually stripped down to the black underwear and tank top.

AdFreak contacted Ridley to get his take on the situation and learned he does not regret his actions.

"If I felt bad about it, I wouldn't do it," he said. Ridley went on to reveal that he also has taken sexy photos of his daughter's friends as well in order to sell his items on eBay. Perhaps he doesn't realize that not all fathers are OK with their daughters posing in steamy photos for the world to see.

Oh, and he also uses his dog, Max, to sell things.

"Girls and dogs attract people's attention," he added.

Ridley's Datsun eventually sold for $7,500 after five bids, according to the eBay listing. The car reportedly has less than 50,000 miles on it.

According to The Daily Mail, one eBay user asked: "Does buying the car include a free 'ride' with the porn star ?" Ridley replied: "Nice way to talk about my daughter!!!! But sure----------!!!! Hit the buy it now!!"

To see the photos that were too racy for TheBlaze, go to The Daily Mail's story here or visit the actual eBay listing here.
