Columbia University economist Glenn Hubbard was smacked by a falling set piece during a live CNBC appearance Wednesday morning.
The former economic adviser to Mitt Romney's presidential campaign was unfazed and had his wits about him enough to quip, "That's what happens when you criticize the welfare state!"
