TheBlaze has been extensively covering the strange details surrounding Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, the Saudi national who was once considered a person of interest in the Boston Marathon attacks. On his Wednesday evening broadcast, Glenn Beck explored Alharbi's immigration status as well as provided viewers with another look at the event file he said was created on the Saudi student.

In terms of whether anyone has ever been mistakenly been put on a 212 3(B), Trent said that he has seen people removed off a "no fly" list, but it is less likely that it would be done for a 212 3(B):
