Social Media Mocks Egyptian President After He Seemingly Falls Asleep at Arab League Summit
May 07, 2013
Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi was mocked on social media Tuesday after seemingly falling asleep at the all-important Arab League summit in Doha, Qatar.
But in the pictures circulating, Morsi isn't the only one who appears to be taking a rest -- his entire delegation has their eyes closed, and one man's head is even slumped forward.
Here's Al Arabiya's take on the story:

While the picture is somewhat convincing, it's also very possible Morsi and co. were blinking, or resting their eyes. The event supposedly happened during the speech of the vice president of Iraq, but a full recap of the speeches has not yet been put on the Internet.
