Krauthammer raps GOP on cutting IRS budget

Conservative columnist Charles Krauthammer has a column out Friday urging the Republican Party to -- in addition to blocking some of President Obama's plans -- put forth some ideas. Ideas that don't include cutting the IRS's budget.

He writes:

The House Republicans are preparing a 25 percent cut in the IRS budget. This is silly and small. It will change nothing. Radical simplification of the tax code will change everything.
