The Bizarre Story Behind Why This Police Officer Is Under Investigation Involves a Porn Star, Unicorn Mask and Baseball

"Oh, I'm sorry I was trying to have a good time at the f**king Pirates game!"

A police officer is Pittsburgh is under investigation after a photo emerged of him wearing a unicorn mask and posing with a porn star who had just been kicked out of PNC Park during the Pirates-Mets game on July 13.

The photo of the police officer and porn star Andy San Dimas was posted on Twitter following her ejection from the game. According to Deadspin, a witness said San Dimas was in town to dance at a local strip club.

While we don't quite get the unicorn mask, Deadspin notes that San Dimas is part of an odd cult of unicorn-mask wearing adult film stars. Who knew.

TMZ has even obtained video of San Dimas wearing the unicorn head and doing a "sexy dance" at the baseball game prior to her ejection:

When an usher asked her to sit down, San Dimas reportedly shouted back, "Oh, I'm sorry I was trying to have a good time at the f**king Pirates game!" Her behavior reportedly resulted in her being taken to the Pittsburgh PD station at the ballpark.

She was informed by officers that she would have to leave PNC Park, but apparently not before one of the officers tried on her unicorn mask and posed for a picture.

Now that officer is under investigation for his conduct.

“I always hate to see anybody that disrespects that uniform, and to me, it was disrespectful to the uniform,” Pittsburgh Public Safety Director Mike Huss told KDKA “It’s being looked at and will be addressed.”

“Especially the fact that it’s a sergeant uniform…This is someone that is a supervisor that we look up to, to lead other officers. It’s not the example we’re looking for," he added.

KDKA reports that "Pittsburgh Police are pretty convinced they know who the sergeant is and that he could be facing possible departmental charges of conduct unbecoming an officer."

San Dimas came to the defense of the officer, saying he did nothing wrong and he shouldn't face disciplinary action.
