Vegetarian Weatherman So Devastated by Climate-Change Report That He Vows to Never Travel by Plane Again -- but That Ain't the Half of It

"I've never cried because of a science report before."
Meteorologist Eric Holthaus, who's reported on weather for the Wall Street Journal, appears to be a serious practitioner of his craft.

He's also serious about global warming. Because after he got a look at Friday's climate-change report — which stated that global warming is ”extremely likely” to have been human caused — Holthaus apparently got a little misty:

Then there's the whole having-children issue, which tends to suck oxygen from the sky and generate that blessed pitter patter of brand-new carbon footprints...but Holthaus isn't having any of it.
