Many people still haven't learned 'The Daily Currant' is a satirical news site

Like The Onion, but with more deadpan, The Daily Currant is a satirical news website that mocks a lot of things, conservatives in particular. Also like The Onion, it has fooled some people along the way.
But some still aren't quite getting it:

Linked in that tweet is a story by The Daily Currant in which former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) claims that Jesus didn't celebrate Easter with Easter eggs. Palin never actually said that.
