The city Glenn Beck once called home.
Glenn Beck's TheBlaze Radio Network announced on Thursday that it will launch TheBlaze Radio Philadephia - a live and localized radio station - on October 28th.
Listeners in the area will be able to listen to TheBlaze Radio Network national stream as the rest of the country hears it, but will also receive local updates like traffic and weather multiple times per hour provided by partnerships with local news and information services.
Joel Cheatwood, president and chief content officer of TheBlaze, commented: "TheBlaze Radio Network has built a strong daily line-up and a loyal following in a short period of time. We are excited to continue our growth by bringing our programming with a local flavor to Philadelphia, which Glenn once called home."
