In an attempt to avoid arrest, McCrary, who had a woman on the back of his motorcycle, led police on a short chase, hitting speeds up to 155 mph.

The intoxicated man ultimately stopped and surrendered to authorities. A breathalyzer test determined he had a blood alcohol level of .08 and was charged with DWI.

McCrary was also charged with a litany of other crimes, including fleeing arrest, reckless driving, speeding and carrying a concealed weapon

He was held on a $10,000 bond.
