An armed, intoxicated man attempted to evade authorities on Friday night by driving over 150 mph on a North Carolina highway, arrest records reportedly say.
Brian Keith McCrary was first spotted by Trooper R.B. Huffstickler, who suspected he was driving under the influence, at around 10:15 p.m., according to an arrest warrant obtained by the Gaston Gazette.

In an attempt to avoid arrest, McCrary, who had a woman on the back of his motorcycle, led police on a short chase, hitting speeds up to 155 mph.
The intoxicated man ultimately stopped and surrendered to authorities. A breathalyzer test determined he had a blood alcohol level of .08 and was charged with DWI.
McCrary was also charged with a litany of other crimes, including fleeing arrest, reckless driving, speeding and carrying a concealed weapon
He was held on a $10,000 bond.
