Is Obama a Muslim or an Infidel?': Watch What Syrian Children Are Learning From Jihadi Rebels

"Whoever says that Jesus is God is also an infidel."

Two new videos have emerged from jihadi groups in Syria showing disturbing images of their latest weapon: young children.

One of the videos posted online by the Al Qaeda-affiliated Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, showed one of its operatives teaching children at a Syrian school that all Christians and President Barack Obama are infidels.

According to a translation provided by the Middle East Media Research Institute, the unidentified ISIS representative told the schoolchildren: “The entire Earth belongs to Allah. Islam elevates the Muslims and humiliates the infidels.”

“Whoever says that God is three [the trinity] is an infidel. Whoever says that God is two and that Jesus is his son is an infidel as well. Whoever says that Jesus is God is also an infidel,” the man told the children, adding that President Bashar Assad is also an “infidel.”

Asked what should be done to Assad, the ISIS operative approved when the children said he should be slaughtered.

“Slaughter him. Right. Because he is an infidel,” the man taught.

He then characterized other world leaders, including President Barack Obama, as infidels.

“Anyone who does not believe in Islam is an infidel. Is Obama a Muslim or an infidel?” he asked the children. They answered, “An infidel.” The answer was the same for the presidents of Russia and China.

ISIS aims to topple Assad and replace his regime with an Islamist sharia state.  Here is the video translated by MEMRI:

With a backdrop of the black flag of ISIS, another jihadi video posted in October and profiled Tuesday in The Washington Post showed boys as young as elementary-school age donning black scarves over their faces, wearing military style camouflage uniforms and displaying their automatic weapons in what appeared to be a terrorist training camp.

Bizarrely, in one of the images seen in the video in which teens decked out in fatigues ate round pita breads, a yellow smiley face mug sits incongruously center frame.

The children were given a quick induction into adulthood and the ways of jihad with machine gun training and learning to stand in formation as seen in the video, reportedly taken in a Damascus suburb.

Joby Warrick wrote in The Washington Post on Tuesday:

They are “Zarqawi’s Cubs,” the youth brigade of Syria’s most fearsome Islamist rebel group and one of the newest manifestations of al-Qaeda’s deepening roots in rebel-controlled sections of the country. Building on earlier efforts to expand their influence in Syrian schools, radical Islamists appear to be stepping up efforts to indoctrinate and train children, some as young as 10, according to independent experts who have studied the phenomenon.

Warrick explained that the Syrian “Cubs” camp is reminiscent the “Birds of Paradise,” a brigade set up a decade ago by the same group in Iraq “to train children for military missions, including suicide bombings.”

The children’s group was named after Abu Musab al-Zarqawi who founded Al Qaeda in Iraq and was killed in 2006 in a U.S. airstrike.

He “remains an inspirational figure for Islamist extremists worldwide, as well as the ideological father of ISIS and other Al Qaeda-allied rebel groups in Syria, including Jabhat al-Nusra,” Warrick wrote.

The Post provided translation for the song heard in the sountrack of the video, which included,  “Oh mother, don’t be saddened by my leaving” as the boys are going away to fight “for the sake of defeating the Jews.”

TheBlaze cannot independently verify the video; however, experts told the Post that it appeared to be authentic.
