Univ. of Oklahoma Says There Has Been a Shooting on Campus (UPDATE: School Now Says 'No Evidence' of Shots Fired)

A shooting occurred on the University of Oklahoma campus Wednesday morning, the school's emergency alert system said.

School officials confirmed the shooting to the Associated Press and asked individuals on campus to immediately seek shelter.

The shooting comes just one day after a shooting at Purdue University in Indiana claimed the life of one individual.
